This document is issued by the authorised channel partner / marketing representative for the project. By expressing interest or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms, which are designed to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance in line with Google Ads policies and the Unacceptable Business Practices guidelines.
All images, plans, layouts, specifications, and other details provided are indicative in nature and are subject to change as per the discretion of the developer and/or regulatory authorities. All pricing mentioned is indicative and exclusive of taxes, stamp duty, registration, and other statutory charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Offers, if any, are valid for a limited period and may be withdrawn or modified at the discretion of the developer. No guaranteed returns or assured appreciation claims are made.
Booking is subject to availability and is confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount (by account payee cheque / demand draft / online transfer in favour of the developer) and completion of required documentation. Allotment is at the sole discretion of the developer. The booking amount is adjustable against the total consideration as per the payment plan.
The developer is not responsible for any commitments made by external channel partners, brokers, or third-party agents unless explicitly authorized in writing. In case of default in payment by the allottee, the developer reserves the right to cancel the allotment after providing notice as per the terms of the Agreement for Sale and RERA guidelines. The refund amount, if any, shall be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and statutory taxes. Cancellation requests must follow the developer's written policy.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra. Allottees may also approach the MahaRERA authority for grievance redressal as per the Act.
The developer shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, lockouts, pandemic, or any other cause beyond reasonable control. In such events, the timeline for possession may be extended to the extent of the delay caused.
The developer reserves the right to revise specifications, plans, and other project elements as may be deemed necessary or required by applicable authorities. In case of any inconsistency between information on this website and the Agreement for Sale, the Agreement shall prevail.
All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction only.
